Dozens of passengers rescued from dangling cable car

At least 65 people had to be rescued from a cable car dangling over Cologne, Germany Sunday evening.

The wheels guiding the car fell off, according to several reports.

Public transportation authorities for the city in North-Rhine-Westphalia state say 32 of the cars were operating when the mishap occurred Sunday.

When the one car collided with the pillar, the others were brought to a stop.

There were on serious injuries.
