Mother behind bars for locking kids in car

Deputies say 38-year-old Reggie Medina-Cella has been charged with two counts of reckless conduct. Witnesses called police after hearing cries from inside the woman's minivan that was in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Those who were on scene say they didn't realize a baby was inside the car for almost 45 minutes. Deputies unlocked the vehicle and found a 2-year-old fast asleep and a three month old infant crying, both covered in sweat. Cella told deputies that she left her children in the vehicle while shopping because one had gotten away from her before. She is scheduled to appear in court March 2.
