The Albany Chain Gang continues to show their dedication to the community by helping clean up after Tropical Storm Irma.

They were out clearing debris right after the storm hit on Monday, and are back at it again on Tuesday.

This volunteer group has been working since the January storms and they’re currently out of volunteers and money for equipment and supplies.

They’re looking for help in any way to continue working and clear debris.

“We got a good thing going on in Albany,” Tom Gieryic, volunteer, said. “We want to keep it going. We want to do as much as we can do, as long as we’re able to. The limiting factor is the pocketbook. We need help. We need volunteers.”

If you would like to volunteer or donate, stop by Gieryic’s Automotive Repairs, 2401 Dawson Rd. Albany, Ga.
