The Flint River Habitat for Humanity is hosting their annual Hammer Jam.
This is the non-profit organization's fundraiser to help finish building three homes in Lee County. One of the homes is for the veteran's program.
There will be three live bands performing and an auction.
"This is one of the main areas where we receive our funding for the entire year,” Executive Director Scooter Courtney said. “Come out and support this event, have a good time, support the cause. It'll be a great time for everybody."
The event will be Saturday, August 18, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Mary Acres Inn.
Tickets are $25. Tickets can be purchased at Mary Acres, the Flint River Habitat's office or their website.
