A 30-year-old police report never made public accuses Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone of sexual assault right here in Las Vegas.

A report in the Daily Mail says Stallone forced a 16-year-old girl into having sex with him and his bodyguard.

A 1986 Las Vegas police report obtained by the Daily Mail is shedding light on these new accusations.

The victim told police back in the 80s, the Hollywood star sexually assaulted her at the Las Vegas Hilton. The teen claimed Stallone brought his bodyguard at the time, Mike De Luca, to join in on sex acts.

Stallone was 40 years old at the time. The teen says Stallone's bodyguard gave her the hotel keys to the actor's room.

The victim told detectives she became very uncomfortable when Stallone’s bodyguard joined in the sexual encounter. The teen said she felt she had no choice but to do it.

After the alleged sexual assault happened, the teen says Stallone told her she couldn’t tell anyone because both men were married and if she said anything they "would have to beat her head in."

The unidentified teen ultimately decided not to pursue charges against either men because she was "humiliated and ashamed", as well as being "scared", according to the police report.
