Region 1-AAAA is one of the toughest regions in the state for high school basketball and on Tuesday night, a battle will happen for first place.

The defending region champs, Westover High School who will be playing against the now number one Worth County Rams.

Worth County last season struggled to make the playoffs, and falling just shy of making the bracket. This year they sit a top of the region with a perfect 5-0 record for region play. On the flip side Westover is the region runner up with only one loss.

Westover does have a slight upper hand, and will be the host school in the Boston Garden, at Westover High School. Home court advantage is not the only upper hand, as the Patriots have experience for playing in games like these. As for Worth County, Head Coach Arthur Davis has been preparing for games like this all year.

Coach Davis said, "All during the offseason we have been traveling and playing outside of the region to get ready for this tough region and make an impact."

The Lady Rams will start the night off at 6:00 followed by the boys at 7:30.
