The Boys & Girls Club of Albany held middle school and high school basketball championships on Wednesday night at Westover High School.
The league has played three nights a week since the beginning of June. The teams are represented by local schools, with two Boys & Girls club teams playing in the middle division. The high school division is only for incoming 9th and 10th graders. The teams are led by the school's coaches.
"There's no better way to see what you got," said service director Jason Belk. "Do a little coaching, do a little teaching."
Merry Acres topped Albany Middle for the middle school championship, and Terrell County beat Westover in the high school game.
