      Worth County High School searched Monday

      Worth County High School put on lockdown Tuesday for a drug search.

      Sylvester Police held a surprise drug search Monday morning at Worth County High School, putting the school on code yellow lockdown.

      Worthit2u.net reports that the search began at around 10:30 AM, with Sylvester Police Department and six other law enforcement departments helping search the school.

      Each division had K-9 units on scene, and police searched the entire school for an hour.

      Worth County Middle School was also placed on lockdown as they were searched following the high school search.

      Sylvester Police haven't released any results of the search or disclosed if any arrests were made.
