The Wild Adventures Theme Park is launching their two major Halloween attractions this Friday.
During the day the park will feature Kid-O-Ween that will include family friendly activities. The fall festivities include leaving their creativity on a coloring mural, wandering through a giant hay bale maze, picking a pumpkin, and showing off their dance moves at the Count Rockula Dance Party. The activities will run every Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
At dusk Phobia will begin and take guests through a nearly half mile swamp trail. More than 20 ghosts, creatures, and terrifying surprises are scattered throughout the trek. Creators say there is a back story to the swamp and anyone who dares walk through will have to use their senses since motion sensors will enhance when certain things happen along the way as guest piece together the story.
Both Halloween attractions are included with park admission, a 2011 season pass or a 2012 season pass. The fun will begin September 30, 2011 and end October 29, 2011.
Wild Adventures has a warning for all who wish to attend the events. Some guests, including children under 12, may find some of the experiences or images disturbing and should not visit Phobia. Guests in costume will not be permitted to enter the park during Phobia and select rides will operate.
