Even though the state of Georgia has been through a tough economy, Secretary of State Brian Kemp says the state is finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
Georgia is seeing an uptick in business growth and more construction projects and that agriculture is doing great and manufacturing is up great which will help bring more jobs and money to the state.
Kemp says, "consumer confidence is better. People are starting to spend money, but I do think there is still a little uncertainty but we're working to change that."
Kemp adds that he thinks Georgia will have another good year in 2014.
