$141 million; that's the amount of money one lucky person could win in the Powerball jackpot. The jackpot has grown since June 26th and has rolled seven times. For the winner, the prize will be paid over 29 years in 30 payments or the cash option which is about $82 million. On Saturday, we spoke to a few FOX 31 viewers to see what they would do with that kind of money. Jeremy Hill says, "I would first show up at my parents house and say, forget about what you've had to do your whole life, now you can do what you want to do." J.J. Jury says, "if I won the lottery, I'd have to split it in half; put half in an account for my daughter and I'd have to take the rest and spend it on a cruise and buy myself a big house." Robert Cross says, "I'd donate back to the community that's been so good to me."
With all the lottery games here in Georgia, proceeds go toward education and scholarships.
