Officials with the Georgia Museum of Agriculture and Historic Village at Abraham Baldwin College have announced that Independence Day celebrations scheduled for July 3rd have been postponed until a later date.
Organizers say the decision was made to postpone due to the possibility of inclement weather in the area.
Organizers have not announced a rescheduled date at this time.
Additionally, the historic village, museum, and gallery will be closed on the 3rd, but the country store will remain open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
