The annual Multiple Sclerosis Walk was held in downtown Albany Saturday morning.
The event raises money for the National M.S. Society and goes towards research so one day there will be a cure for the disease.
Ann Ethridge has been dealing with symptoms of M.S. for 25 years now and she says it's pretty scary that there is still no cure. But what helps her get through it is the support group that she has found by doing this annual walk. She says it helps to have people around her going through the same thing.
Ethridge also said it's so important to raise money for this cause because of the fact that it doesn't have a cure yet, and the more research that can be done, the better.
