Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to an accident off of Frank Road in Irwin County Wednesday night.
The Irwin County Sheriff's Department confirmed with FOX 31 Thursday morning that an accident took place just over the county border just before seven Wednesday night.
Georgia State Patrol has taken over the case and says that one man was confirmed to have died on scene.
It is believed that the driver was traveling along the right side of the road and hit numerous trees causing the vehicle to overturn.

Officers say that it appears the driver was speeding going in to the 25 mph turn and adds that a blood test will be taken to determine if drugs and alcohol were a factor.
