The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has canceled an Amber Alert for 13-year-old Fabiola Morales. The girl has been located by police. The Amber Alert stated that Morales was abducted Wednesday night. The GBI issued the alert at the request of the Columbus Police Department.
CNN is reporting that Morales was located at a residence in Jasper, Alabama, the Columbus, Georgia, Police Department said. The report states that Morales is safe and her accused kidnapper, 18-year-old Luis Garcia, has been arrested. No other details are immediately available.

They say 13-year-old Fabiola Morales was abducted Wednesday night. Morales is 5 '3, 110 pounds, and has brown eyes and long straight brown hair. She was last seen wearing gray pajama bottoms and a green and white jacket.
The alert says the child may be with Luis Garcia, a 18-year-old Hispanic male with short hair with spikes on the top.
The suspect and Morales are believed to be traveling west in a 1998-2001 gold Chrysler Sebring with Georgia tags.
Morales is believed to be in extreme danger.
