      Two females injured in overnight stabbing

      Police say that they are looking for 23-year-old Rondelrick Demetrious Huckaby. He is wanted for one count of aggravated assault and two counts of cruelty to children.

      Police say that they are looking for 23-year-old Rondelrick Demetrious Huckaby.

      He is wanted for one count of aggravated assault and two counts of cruelty to children.

      Police believe he is possibly in Albany, but could have went to Bronwood and Dawson.


      First Update:
      The Albany Police Department confirm that Dorothy Jones was in her bedroom when her boyfriend jumped out of a closet and attacked her.

      Jones says they began fighting in the hall and made it into the kitchen where her mother was located.

      At that time, the suspect grabbed a knife and stabbed her once in the stomach.

      The suspect then attacked her mother, Felice Davis, and stabbed her in the stomach.

      The boyfriend then fled the scene.

      Jones and Davis were transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for treatment.

      ORIGINAL STORY:

      Albany Police officers responded to the 1000 block of University in reference to a stabbing early Friday morning.

      There is little information at this time about this incident but APD did confirm that two females were injured.

      There is no one in custody at this time.
