      Two die in early morning Pavo fire


      UPDATE (5:10 AM):

      Pavo Police Chief Allen Rowe confirms to FOX 31 that two people, a male in his mid-50s and his mother, a 90-year-old female, have been confirmed deceased as a result of this house fire in the 4000 block of North Main Street in Pavo.

      One firefighter was treated for overheating but is fine.

      At this time, investigators still don't have a cause of this fire.

      ORIGINAL STORY:

      Fire erupted in one home off of North Main Street in Pavo early Friday morning before two.

      At this time Colquitt County Dispatch confirms that two volunteer fire departments from Autryville and Bay RockyFord were requested for assistance in fighting the fire. Thomas County firefighters are also on scene

      FOX 31 is headed to the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.
