The Toys for Tots campaign continues with the three-day "Stuff the Truck" annual event from December 6th to 8th.
Marines from the Marine Corps Logistics Base teamed up with Cumulus Radio to collect as many toys for underprivileged children as they can.
Gunnery Sergeant Kenneth Starkey who coordinates the Toys for Tots event says they set their goals high this year at 15,000 toys and right now they're a little over halfway there.
Starkey says they still have some of the larger pickups to perform and they're grateful to have as many donations as they've gotten, especially during tough times.
If you're interested in donating, bring a wrapped toy to the Stuff the Truck boxes in front of Walmart on Ledo Road Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
