Identity thieves are now targeting children.Across the nation, people are hitting adulthood to find that they are thousands of dollars in debt and their record spans back to childhood.Criminals are stealing the social security numbers of children because they have a clean record.Tift County officials say thieves are able to take another person's identity because social security numbers are issued by the print date not a child's birthdate.
