Dougherty County police are asking for the public's help after a local business is burglarized over the weekend.

Skyline Equipment Company located at 2007 Liberty Expressway was burglarized some time between Saturday and Monday.

The thieves broke in through an unlocked front gate.

The suspects stole two televisions, two DVD players, a Skyline company truck and a utility trailer with a lawn mower, two weed eaters and a blower inside.

Although the building was not entered, this case is labeled as a burglary because a motor home/RV was broken into and it could be used as a dwelling.

If caught , the criminals could face charges for criminal trespassing, theft by taking, and burglary.

Police are also looking for a 2002 Wellcraft Walk Around boat worth $13,000 that was taken from a lot located at 1542 South Mock Road.

Officials say it was not locked down when it was taken.

The boat has a license number of ny7100ux on side of boat and it was on a 22 foot eagle boat trailer.
