In February, the Westtown library re-opened after being closed for more than a year.
Now, there are talks of re-opening the Southside branch, but it won't come at a small price.
County officials say in order to re-open the Southside Library branch for six months at 29 hours a week, it would cost about $125,000 - which includes utilities, maintenance, and part-time employee salaries.
Library Board Chairman Walter Kelley explains, it's a hefty cost, but well worth it.
"It's very difficult in this age to apply for a job, take online courses, do research, do homework, that are computer related if you don't have access to a computer."
If the Dougherty County Commission approves the re-opening of the library, they will have to take money from the reserves to fund it.
