Teachers cleared after scandal

Dougherty County's CRCT violations may have happened years ago but cases are still ongoing.
Six educators have been cleared after being accused of CRCT cheating.
Deborah Anderson, Felicia Evans and Trina Pelican are just a few of the teachers found to have insufficient evidence linking them to a crime.
This decision came down after a professional standard commission meeting back in September.
"The administrative law judge looked over it and they didn't feel like there was enough evidence, insufficient evidence so that's why we had no probable cause," said Paul Shaw, Director of Education Ethics for the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
Shaw says more cases are pending.
