Sylvester woman charged in check fraud investigation
A 37-year-old Sylvester woman turned herself in after Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens issued a warrant for her arrest, according to WorthIt2U.net. They report Chiquita Rivers Wilburn is charged with 13 counts of theft by taking, six counts of first degree forgery and three counts of false statements.
