Sylvester police say it will take weeks for the autopsy results involving the sudden death of a child to come back.
4-year-old Jullian English was found unresponsive in his bed Friday night by his mother's boyfriend.
The boyfriend was taking care of English - in addition to his own two sons he has with English's mother - when he found the boy.
The boyfriend performed CPR on English until paramedics arrived but the child was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
Investigators said the autopsy results are especially important because a 4-year-old does not suddenly die but does not believe foul play was involved.Initial Story
