Suspect finally caught after fleeing once

Kenyattas Brown was able to get away from police once but on his second attempt, wasn't so successful.

He first escaped from police after they arrived to investigate a domestic dispute. Brown's girlfriend claimed he had struck her with a broom.

The incident happened at a Housing Authority apartment; one that Brown had already been banned from.

He was apprehended shortly after fleeing and made another attempt to flee but wasn't successful. He was charged with battery, criminal trespass, and obstruction of an officer in the performance of his duty and escape.
