Sat, 29 Jun 2013 22:55:38 GMT — It wasn't a happy weekend for some people in Southwest Georgia. Friday storms caused trees to be uprooted leading to substantial damage for local residents. Resident David Manning says, "the tin on my roof was flopping, the wind got really really fast and it got really white, you couldn't see nothing it was raining so bad." Manning adds that the storms were so bad that it knocked a tree onto the local well, causing people in the community to be without water for a short time.
