Stabbing suspects make a plea in court
A man and woman indicted for murder have entered into a not guilty plea in a Dougherty County court.
During a Monday court appearance, Tara Lee Harrell and Louis Floyd, Jr. plead not guilty to charges connected to a stabbing at the Dollar Inn motel in North Albany.
Back in August of last year, Albany police responded the motel where they found William Morgan Jackson stabbed inside a room.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both Floyd and Harrell are charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a knife during the commission of a felony.
