      Search warrant leads to multiple drug charges in Sylvester

      At approximately 8:30pm, Friday, January 18th, the Sylvester Police Department, with assistance from Worth County Sheriff's Office and the Poulan Police Department, executed a search warrant at 100 Bridges Street in Sylvester, Georgia.

      24-year-old Octavious Drayton ran from the residence, but was arrested following a brief foot pursuit.

      Drayton was in possession of powder cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, and over 550 dollars cash.

      He faces multiple charges including; obstruction of an officer, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute.
