Southwest Georgia continues to wish the Flint RiverQuarium a happy 5th birthday during Labor Day weekend.
Families lined up to get into the aquarium today for a discounted $5 in honor of the celebration. They also got to enjoy the grand opening of two new exhibits about alligators, a dive show, and Discovery Days.
"We've been founding members since they opened, and just really enjoyed the experience it's brought to Albany and the opportunity it has for just the general population so they can learn about ecosystems of a local area," RiverQuarium Volunteer Harry Appleton said.
The RiverQuarium also debuted a new IWerks movie about dinosaurs.
