If these violations are allowed to go on without being corrected, customers could possibly get sick. During the inspection, the health inspector observed that the fume hood needs to be cleaned. The refrigerator was not keeping items chilled at forty-one degrees and the prep sink needs to be prepared.The person in charge was notified so that the repairs could be made.
