Traffic will be detoured in Coffee County this upcoming week for railroad track construction.
From Monday, June 9th to Friday, June 13th between the hours of 7AM to 5 PM, U.S. 441/State Route 31 between SR 158 (Baker Highway) and SR 32 (Ward Street) in Douglas will be closed.
Detour routes are as follows:
U.S./SR 31 north traffic will go right on SR 135 (east bypass), left on SR 206 Connector, then right on U.S. 441/SR 31 north.
U.S./SR 31 south traffic will turn right on SR 206 Connector (bypass), then turn left on SR 206 and follow SR 206 around to U.S. 441/SR 31.
SR 32 west traffic wanting to go south on U.S. 441/SR 31 will follow SR 32 to SR 206 (bypass) and turn left, then follow SR 206 around to U.S. 441/SR 31.
SR 158 east traffic wanting to go north on U.S. 441/SR 31 will continue on SR 158 to SR 135 (east bypass), turn left on SR 135, then left on SR 206 Connector to U.S. 441/SR 31.
