On Monday, Dougherty County residents attended the Dougherty County Commission meeting, voicing concerns about the proposed pipeline coming to the county.

One of their main concerns is the noise level the area could face from the compression station.

FOX 31 reached out to Sabal Trails Transmission, the company who would bring the pipeline.

Andrea Grover, Director, Stakeholder Outreach with Sabal Trail Transmission, LLC says, "sound levels are analyzed at a station location, as well as nearby noise receptors. The station must operate below a day or night sound level of 55 decibels."
