      Police searching for mall flasher

      The Valdosta Police Department responded to the Valdosta Mall in reference to the report of someone exposing himself in the parking lot.

      On September 12, 2013 at approximately 7:29 pm, the Valdosta Police Department responded to the Valdosta Mall in reference to the report of someone exposing himself in the parking lot.

      Mall Security indicated that they had received two separate complaints.

      The complainants were contacted and said that the offender had exposed himself to them as they were getting into their cars to leave the parking lot.

      Both incidents took place in the parking lot on the Norman Drive side of the Valdosta Mall, near Old Navy and Pet Smart between 5:50 and 6:30 pm.

      The Valdosta Police Department is requesting anyone with further information or information that may lead to identifying the offender to call the Valdosta Police Department at 229-293-3145 or can remain anonymous at 229-293-3091.

      The offender is described as a white male in his 20s, with a buzzed haircut, possibly blond, medium to muscular build, driving an older model Jeep Cherokee or Jeep Grand Cherokee with faded blue or gray paint.
