Albany police arrest two men and are looking for two more in connection with four armed robberies in Albany, and 11 total in southwest Georgia.
Police say 22-year-old Quinorris Brockington, 17-year-old DeAndra Fairley, 20-year-old Melvin Johnson and an unidentified fourth man are responsible for the robberies. Johnson is still on the loose and police are asking for your help to catch him.
"We have possible locations where he may be. He may be in the Jacksonville area, maybe in the Brunswick or somewhere in that area.," said Detective Arthur Tyler.
Police say the men robbed the Liberty Mart on East Oglethorpe Blvd. February 24, the Stop and Shop on Sylvester Road March 8, the Speedgo on Johnson Road March 20, and Tate's Liquor on Sylvester Road March 24. Police also confiscated a weapon from Fairley that they traced back to a January 2007 burglary on Collin Street.
Cooperation from the Douglas Police Department and the Worth County Sheriff's Office led to the arrests.
