Phoebe Paver celebrates 17th year
The Phoebe Paver project is a way to pay tribute to the birth of a new baby, memorialize loved ones, or give thanks to a friend or medical professional.
Each spring, a dedication ceremony recognizes those who have added new bricks in the name of someone they wish to honor with a paver brick of their own.
Executive Director of the Phoebe Foundation Tom Sullivan says he's proud of how far the project has come.
"As someone who's been a part of this for several years, it's always humbling for us to see somebody give and support the hospital this way but also to be a part of this moving ceremony," said Sullivan.
There are 1900 pavers laid. The cost per brick is $75.
