Albany Sporting Goods and Pawn, the Pawn shop owned by Phillip Phillips' family held a live liquidation auction today.

Starting at 9AM everything in the store, ranging from riffles, to arrow heads, to weed whackers were up for auction.

Even the building was up for grabs, in what officials are calling a very unique auction, " There's some really good stuff in here, there's some really cool old rods and reels, and things you just don't find every day. And off course there's all the Phillip Phillips memorabilia kind of stuff, so this is a one of a kind sale," said Tony Pearson, the head auctioneer at Pearson Auction Company.

Pearson tells us, the owner of the store, Donnie Phillips, is selling off everything because he's looking to retire.
