P&G back to normal operations after storms
ALBANY, Ga. —
Almost two months after January’s storms , many damaged businesses are back to normal.
Damages at P&G forced shipment from the outside warehouse to the plant, but now, they are back to their regular routine.
Executives were pleased with how flexible workers were during the transitional process.
“One thing that is very important that we teach at P&G is for us to be very agile,” said Werhner Washington, P&G Albany Plant manager. “We can’t always control what happens to us, but we can control to how we respond, and our employees responded beautifully.”
According to Washington, it took them 30 days to get things stabilized.
