Albany police officials say Ware turned herself in around 5:00 p.m.
Albany police need your help finding a person of interest who they say is wanted for creating and cashing fake checks at various Albany convenience stores.
They are searching for 21-year-old Katuria Ware who's last known address was in the 1800 block of Avalon Avenue. Police say that she has multiple tattoos on her arms and neck.
Police are looking to talk to her about a forgery case that happened at 2340 Dawson Road on December 2nd.
