Derek Rushing / Colquitt County Sheriff's Office

One man has plead guilty in regards to the Colquitt County drive-by shooting that killed James Key and his nephew Eric Debruce in March of 2013.

Brian McDaniel, the senior assistant District Attorney, who handled the case, tells FOX 31 Derek Rushing pled guilty to count one of voluntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison on that count. He plead guilty to the second count of voluntary manslaughter but will be sentenced after he testifies.

Antonio Williams, the second defendant, will go to trial in November on the same charges. Rushing will testify during this trial.
