One life flighted in Cook County crash

Shortly after 9:30 Saturday morning, Cook and Colquitt County officials were called out to a single-car accident along Highway 37 near the county line.
Emergency officials confirm that upon arrival, a SUV was found 100 feet from the road with a female driver trapped inside.
The vehicle is believed to have travelled through fencing and trees and came to a rest overturned on it's roof.
The driver was extracted by the Adel Fire Department.
Air Methods out of Valdosta flew to the scene, landing on Highway 37, and life flighted the driver of the vehicle to Tallahassee for treatment..
The cause of the accident is still under investigation by the Georgia State Patrol.
