In November two people were arrested after leaving a ten month old baby alone inside the Childcare Network Daycare #215 for two hours.

FOX 31 has uncovered new information and new guidelines the daycare must now follow in order to move forward.

After Virginia Thrower and Glenda Spence were arrested in November Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning issued a notice of intent.

The documents state the daycare must hire a monitor that will come to the center for the last two hours of each day.

That monitor will observe whether or not the staff are following all guidelines.

Childcare Network daycare will spend almost $448 on training and the trainer they hire must be approved by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning

The center will have to also pay a fine of $448 to Bright from the Start.

The payment must be paid within 30 days of the issue date of the notice of intent.
