Moultrie Technical College now has a brand new Health Sciences Building.
The building has been under construction for two years, but has been a decade-long project in the works.
The $9.5 million dollar, 46-thousand square foot building means about 250 students can move from a 47-year-old facility into a state-of-the art building for their health classes.
The building's simulation lab is named after Colquitt Regional Medical center for its continued support and the campus' conference center is named after the support from Southwest Georgia Bank.
Students began using the building at the end of May.
