National magazine ranks Georgia for business
Our Facebook story of the day was: ~is Georgia considered a good state for business?
Chief Executive Magazine seems to think so!
They named Georgia eighth in the nation for business, citing companies such as Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines and Home Depot as successful companies headquartered in Georgia.
Chris Hardy, President and CEO of the Albany Chamber of Commerce says Albany is a great location for companies looking to move to Georgia.
You're talking about a prime location just, what, a couple hours from the coast, southwest Georgia is great as far as weather, environment and climate. You're not too far away from Atlanta, says Hardy.
First on the list was Texas.
