Officials with the Crisp County Sheriff's Office say that Justin Pate was arrested Wednesday afternoon at his mother's house without further incident.
More stolen items have been reclaimed by the Crisp County Sheriff's Office as the investigation into a string of burglaries around the county continues.
According to Sheriff Billy Hancock, deputies stopped a GMC Sonoma driven by 33-year-old Ryan Kennedy on 16th Avenue in Cordele on Tuesday.
Multiple stolen items were found and Kennedy was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property. The items are believed to have come from recent burglaries in Wilcox County.
Later on that evening, authorities went to Dooly County where even more items were recovered from thefts and burglaries in the surrounding counties.
Sheriff's officials from Worth County will be driving to Crisp County to look at the recovered items.
In addition to that arrest, deputies are looking for 27-year-old Justin Scott Pate who is wanted for burglary.
