Dougherty County Police are on the hunt for a shooting suspect who caused a stir in Paradise Village Thursday afternoon.
Police say after receiving a report from a resident about a robbery, the apartment manager responded to the area to investigate the call.
When the manager arrived, she confronted the individual who then turned towards her and fired at least one shot.
The man was holding a small caliber handgun when he shot at the woman.
After firing a round, the suspect fled into the woods running east towards Highway 19.
"The investigation is still ongoing. We've got units in the area trying to locate the individual," said Dougherty County Police Captain Jimmy Sexton.
No one was hurt during the shooting.
The male suspect was dressed in all black with a black motorcycle helmet.
