Lee County Sheriff Reggie Rachals said several employees of Oak Hill Dairy spotted Bobby Smith Monday morning.
Smith told them who he was and that police were looking for him. The employees tried to get Smith to stay but were unsuccessful.
They immediately called the Lee County Sheriff's Office who got out to the property as quick as they could and have been there ever since.
Rachals told FOX 31 they aren't leaving until they find him. They have a perimeter set up and believe Smith is in fact somewhere inside the perimeter.
