Man wanted for questioning in morning knife attack

Initial Story (6/3/13)The Albany Police Department is looking for a man they think may have been involved in a violent crime Monday morning.

APD is looking for 38-year-old Antonio Rentrell Hayes. Police say Hayes has a low hair cut, has brown eyes, and weighs around 170 pounds. He TMs wanted for questioning in an aggravated assault incident that occurred this morning in the 400 block of South McKinley. A woman was reportedly physically assaulted at knife point by the suspect.

Police say Hayes hangs out at the Wild Pines Apartment Complex and was last seen driving a blue 2007 2-door Honda Civic with tinted windows with the Georgia tag BSD4134.
