According to the Moultrie Observer, the manager of Shoe Show told police around 5 p.m. Monday that she saw a man walking around the store and noticed he was putting something down the front of his pants.

After she confronted the man, he allegedly pulled four pairs of socks out of his pants. After the socks were out, the manager said the suspect dropped his pants and she noted he wasn't wearing underwear.

The paper reports that the manager told him to pull his pants back up; after he did he left the store and the manager wrote down his car's tag number.

The responding officer ran the tags and contacted the car's owner who said her husband was driving the car. The officer patrolled the area around the owners residence and when the car pulled into the driveway he approached the suspect. Police also say a child was in the car as a passenger.

The report says the police believed the man to be under the influence and was tested on a portable Alcosensor which returned positive for alcohol on his breath.
