Salvation Army Offices in North Georgia are busy assisting each other after Wednesday night's storm but surrounding offices like the one in Albany are still on standby.
Major Kelly English says his team, like a few others, are being continually updated of the status in north Georgia.
As of right now, English's team is still waiting to either be sent north or given the official order that everything is under control.
If sent away, English says a team of four will be sent in the Disaster Relief Food Truck that can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to those in need.
English says he's continuing to receive updates but as of Thursday evening, the northern offices are handling the situation without any extra hands.
