Albany area Chick-Fil-As hosted their inaugural "Business Leaders Lunch and Learn" series Monday at Sherwood Baptist Church.

The session was entitled "Turning Stress into Strategy During Times of Change," and was led by psychologist and author, Dr. Charles Lowery.

The focus was on how to stay calm when dealing with hard economic times and changing business regulations.

"Those are things that are hard for anyone to manage but to manage a business while you're trying to manage those kinds of changes can be stressful," said Anna Wari, the local Chick-fil-A HR Director.

Around 200 people attended the event and Chick-Fil-A said they are hoping to make this a quarterly event.
